Our pizzas are made in a wood-fired oven using San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and dough that is stretched by hand daily. The wood fire gives each pie a perfectly blistered crust with a subtle smokiness that you cannot get from a conventional oven. From the classic Margherita to the truffle-topped Tartufo, every pizza is made to order.
Our pasta is not shipped in from a warehouse. It is made fresh in our kitchen every day. The Lobster Rigatoni, the Tagliatelle Bolognese, the Linguini Carbonara — these are the dishes our regulars come back for week after week. Paired with sauces made from scratch using imported Italian ingredients, every plate is the real thing.
Beyond pizza and pasta, our menu features wild-caught Branzino, Salmon Piccata, Seafood Linguini Fra Diavolo, Chicken Scarpariello, Veal Marsala, and more. Each dish is prepared to order by Chef Ernesto and his team, with an attention to balance and seasonality that defines the room.
End the night right with our homemade Tiramisu, Molten Chocolate Cake served with vanilla ice cream, classic Panna Cotta, or a freshly filled Cannoli. All made in-house, all worth ordering with a second espresso.
